Exotic Flowers 3 Pattern Plus Kit

Exotic Flowers 3 is the third of a three-part series. Each Exotic Flowers package includes nine different appliqué ?owers over a stained glass window.

Kit includes pattern and batik fabric from Island Batiks for the applique flowers

The Jacobean style ?owers have been recreated from Pat Campbell’s famous “Birds of Paradise” pattern. They have been added to a Stained Glass Window background block which was designed by Anna Aldmon.

Using a combination of no-show mesh stabilizer and embroidery batting in the hoop, all blocks will be fully ?nished in the hoop. The completed blocks will be assembled using Anna’s easy joining strip technique. Add a binding and it is ready to hang on a wall in your home.

As a bonus, you can also create the ?owers as standalone traditional embroidery machine appliqué in the hoop without the stained glass. This way you can assemble them as you please. Use your preferred quilting method to ?nish these unique projects.

Applique the Jacobean ?owers over your windows to complete the projects. If you have a cutting machine, use the provided cut files to make the appliqué shapes even faster! Included is the mapping of the Island Batik fabric to all the appliqué shapes.

These designs are easily adjusted to be sewn as single blocks or other configurations. They can then be made into table runners, tote bags, or pillows.
